With over 25,000 students and 2,500 staff, the University fully manages and provides IT Services in house through their Information and Digital Services (IDS) team.
Flinders University’s vision is to become internationally recognised as a world leader in research, an innovator in contemporary education, and the source of Australia’s most enterprising graduates. To accomplish this vision, the university needed to make strategic changes and undertake significant changes to its IT infrastructure, consolidate all channels of communications and adopt video conferencing technologies. Undertaking this challenge Flinders University found itself short on resources to fulfill multiple and complex projects concurrently as well as maintain day to day service delivery, these factors prompted the university to seek external assistance for their Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX) contact centre scripting, configuration and management. Flinders IDS team required a partner that could provide both professional services and staff augmentation, working alongside its team to deliver the required project outcomes.
