Jason is accountable for the delivery of major projects at Hastwell. As the Project Manager he ensures that all projects are delivered on-time and on-budget while ensuring we maintain the specialist quality of technical delivery that our customers expect from us and our outstanding reputation demands.

Kaisa is the Finance and Administration Officer at Hastwell. She’s responsible for all financial functions and financial reporting in the business along with a range of administration duties.

Kasia has years of experience in both finance and administration coupled with a Master of Finance and a range of other certifications in Accounting and Business Administration.

Mark works closely with customers to understand their business needs, then uplift these with thought leadership and design of impeccable technical solutions. He has an outstanding reputation in the industry with over a decade of experience as a Solution Architect and vCIO in the Adelaide and Melbourne markets. He holds a range of certifications across Nutanix, Cisco, Lenovo, Dell and more as well as strong collaborative relationships with a range of vendors and distributors.

Shaun is a network engineer and instructor with a combined 10 years of corporate-based experience in LAN, WAN & network security, including the design and implementation of complex unified communication solutions. Since completing his degree at the University of Qingdao, Shaun has furthered his skills and knowledge base with additional IT industry certifications while working in the industry for the past ten years. Shaun is one of a few network engineers in South Australia to be qualified as a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Erick has 12+ years of hands-on experience in IT and Telecommunication industry specialising in network and system administration, migration planning, infrastructure design, testing, and troubleshooting. Exposure in incident response and root cause analysis for complex network and system faults. Erick’s “Can Do” approach with an adaptive capability is the main driving force to achieve goals and face challenges in his professional career.

Anthony is an engineer with corporate-based network and security experience in LAN, WAN & network security, predominantly in the managed services space responding to high severity incidents and escalations in both medium and large enterprises. Anthony also has similar experience in high-level design and implementation of networks and unified communication appliances that range from Symantec proxies, F5’s and Cisco/HP based routing and switching Kit, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, QMS recording suite and Enghouse Touchpoint queue management. Anthony holds a range of certifications including a CCNA and Bachelor of IT with Honours in Networking and Cyber Security. 

James is a Systems Engineer specialising in Unified Communications technologies. With nearly 20 years ‘on the tools’ in both Sydney and Adelaide, James brings with him significant experience including the design and implementation of large, highly complex UC solutions in both cloud and on-premise environments. To compliment his Cisco UC skills he also has a range of skills in Microsoft Infrastructure, Linux and VMWare.

Sibi is a network & security engineer, specialising in Palo Alto Networks, having previously worked within their TAC. Sibi holds a Palo Alto Networks PCNSE certification as well as Cisco CCNA.

As the first point of contact, Ryan is responsible for monitoring Hastwell’s customer environments, providing proactive and reactive support as well as owning triage and initial triage and troubleshooting for customer issues. Ryan holds a Certificate IV in Cyber Security as well as a Bachelor of Medical Science. He comes from a Support industry where he provides outstanding customer support, care and attention. He will combine these customer service skills with his technical passion where he’ll empower our customers with outstanding support.
